  Many thought that the closing down of Ming's would cut New Glasgow off of great Chinese food. Joe Chow's is the best replacement possible. Probably the best Chinese food in all of Pictou County even.
  
  The staff is friendly, the prices really moderate and the food simply amazingly good. The cook knows what he/she is doing and does it with love what you can taste in every bite.
  
  Hopefully Joe Chow's owners will be around for a long time and keeping up the quality as it is today.
