  Well today I had quite the experience. I was given a card that asked to give a review on line - with that I had a choice of either a cheesecake, a drumstick and something else which would be given free with my order. I took my precious time to complete the online feedback - went through the lineup again - only to be told - no you have to tell us that you were going to take the survey first, give me a break!! Well I actually didn't give you a Highly Satisfied mark, because you had issues with a customer at cash, something in another person's order was forgot and there was a wrong sandwich for another person. I was in a rush, (and this usually happens to anyone trying to get home quickly) and living 1.5hr away I wouldn't be coming back anytime soon so I figured why not, fill it out and get the desert to go....in your defense you would have spoken to the manager causing another line up delay which I wasn't prepared to go through -- so I would advise - don't fill out those darn things - waste of time, energy and a bit of false advertisement on the side. Gives them a rating and you are left with with just the promise of a cheesecake.

  I've recently discovered the $5 Refills available at KFC. Yum ! Oh and the Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake. Yup !
